This was the first time of ordering online from Family Video. It was very easy using the website with ordering. Also found what we had been searching for in stores and had no success in finding. After finding it online, found that not only did Family Video have the best price but also the easiest way to order it. Will be staying with Family Video for all our DVD needs and wants. Thank you.

Well on my first oder from family video had 2 videogames that were sent and neither accully contained the game discs that i paid for. However after searching for a phone # for a while I finaly was able to contact them and my oder if being replaced but I still have not received it yet. So on a scale from 1 to 10 right now I'd rate Family Video At about a 5. But they do have fair prices on their used games and movies so I'll more then likely continue to shop with them. only other issue the web page could be made more secure.

I found it confusing that once I had contacted customer service per their request on my order status page, that message remained their without an update indicating that the problem had been resolved. Other than that---it was great!
